چکیده
The green biosynthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (GBS ZnO NPs) using Ziziphus jujuba leaves extract assisted by ultrasonic irradiation was reported in this research work. biosynthesized NPs were characterized different techniques and the results revealed synthesis hexagonal wurtzite crystal GBS nanoparticles; per XRD measurement, with average practice size 90 ± 10 nm; based on both SEM TEM images, specific surface area 14.23 m2/g; nitrogen gas adsorption/desorption isotherms. antibacterial activity prepared explored against S. aureus E. coli bacteria evaluation methods; disc diffusion, column (filter), aqueous solution, showed effective activities bacteria, as inhibition zones 15 mm 11 for aureus, respectively. Moreover, anticancer evaluated two cancer cells; human colon cell lines (HCT-116) liver (HepG2) cells, experiments that had an outstanding cytotoxic effect lines, well dose-dependent behavior, viability cells decreased at concentrations 20 µg/mL. Cell enhanced cytotoxicity mechanism generating ROS interact lower its cellular defense mechanism, accordingly cause apoptosis to cell.

Evaluation of some Biological Properties of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) Nanoparticles synthesized by Green Method using Aqueous Extract of Rubia tinctrom
Introduction: Free radicals are molecules that have unpaired electrons in their last layer. The excessive production of free radicals causes oxidative stress. Oxidative stress thus adversely alters proteins, DNA and oxidation of the membrane phospholipids. Methods: The cytotoxic effects of zinc oxide nanoparticle were evaluated using MTT (3- (4-5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl) -2,5-difenyltetrazolium br...
